PAYMENT AND BILLING POLICY
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Accepted Payments
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Depending on availability, payment methods may include major debit cards, credit cards, digital wallets, or other payment methods supported by our checkout provider.
Only methods displayed during checkout are available for the applicable order.
2. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by independent payment-service providers.
Those providers may process payment and authentication information according to their own terms and privacy notices.
Celimax does not normally receive or store complete card security codes or complete payment credentials.
3. Payment Security
Our website and payment providers may use security measures such as:
-
encrypted connections;
-
payment tokenization;
-
authentication systems;
-
fraud monitoring; and
-
secure payment gateways.
Never send:
-
full card numbers;
-
CVV/CVC security codes;
-
bank passwords;
-
wallet passwords; or
-
PIN numbers
to Celimax by email.
4. Currency
Prices will be displayed in the applicable currency before purchase.
For United States customers, prices will normally be displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless the website clearly displays another currency.
5. Checkout Total
Before submitting an order, checkout will display applicable:
-
product prices;
-
discounts;
-
shipping charges;
-
sales taxes;
-
other disclosed charges; and
-
final order total.
Celimax will not knowingly add an undisclosed merchant charge after payment has been confirmed.
6. Bank and Currency Fees
Banks or payment providers may independently impose:
-
foreign transaction fees;
-
currency-conversion fees;
-
interest;
-
overdraft charges; or
-
other account-related charges.
Those charges are controlled by the relevant financial institution and are not collected by Celimax unless expressly stated during checkout.
7. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that:
-
you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
-
your billing information is accurate;
-
sufficient funds or credit are available; and
-
you authorize payment of the displayed order total.
Additional authentication may be required by your payment provider.
8. Failed or Declined Payments
Payments may fail because of:
-
incorrect billing information;
-
insufficient funds;
-
expired cards;
-
failed authentication;
-
bank restrictions;
-
suspected fraud; or
-
technical problems.
If a payment fails, verify your information or contact your bank/payment provider.
9. Duplicate Charges
Multiple payment attempts can sometimes result in temporary authorizations.
If you believe you were charged more than once:
-
Check whether each transaction is completed or merely pending.
-
Contact your payment provider.
-
Contact Celimax if more than one completed charge exists.

We reserve the right, where appropriate and permitted by law, to review, delay, refuse, or cancel transactions suspected of being:
-
fraudulent;
-
unauthorized;
-
unlawful; or
-
materially inconsistent with submitted customer information.
Any applicable refund following cancellation will normally be returned to the original payment method.
